Chela is a dynamic entrepreneur based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, recognized for his strong leadership, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. His career spans notable organizations including Eco Protection, CRDB Bank, VIA Aviation, and Tantel Isaf Group, where he developed a deep understanding of operations, corporate relations, and strategic growth.
A graduate from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Politics, Chela brings a global perspective grounded in local insight.
As co-founder of Catalyst, Chela leads with vision and integrity, steering the company towards innovation and impact across Tanzania’s evolving business and entertainment landscape. His approach emphasizes collaboration, sustainability, and results that drive long-term value.
